How many times have you looked at a design and thought...wouldn't it be cute to use just "part" of a design, and add it to a smaller item that will make a gift set complete? Well that's exactly what I am going to do today!

Let's get started!

First, I started off with this Super Cute Sailboat Faux Smock design from Baby Kay's... it's just PERFECT for a sweet baby boy, getting ready to join the family!

I used my Fast Frame in the 7" size and applied sticky stabilizer to the frame, so I could stick this cute little bib right on top. I like to use a Fusible No Show Mesh Cut Away on the backside of the bib... because it keeps the bib soft against the baby, at the same time it holds the design shape during those repeated washings.

Here's my Frame... ready to load onto my machine... all I did was mark the center with a water soluble pen, for the proper placement.

As you can see I have used a combination of the Red Wonder Clips and Flat Head Pins to give my bib some "extra" hold.Be sure to check out the "Tools of the Trade" at the bottom of the blog post for a detailed list of everything that I used for this project.

Here she is stitching away...this is such a fabulous design, so quick to stitch out...I used the 7x3 inch size for this cute little terry cloth bib.And YES...I threw a piece of WSS on top before I let her start!
